MMPI International : Delivery of an Eccentric Screw Pump to a customer in Africa.
We are pleased to announce that we have recently delivered an Eccentric Screw Pump to a customer in Africa.
This pump is designed to provide a constant flow and high pressure, even with viscous, corrosive, or abrasive fluids.
The pump is self-priming up to 7 meters, which means it can operate without the need for an external priming source.
It also operates at a slower speed (200-500 rpm) than traditional centrifugal pumps, which extends its lifespan.
In addition, the pump is suitable for transferring abrasive and highly viscous products due to its high abrasion resistance, offering a steady flow with minimum turbulence, with a capacity of up to 260 m3/h and a maximum pressure of 30 bars.
It’s an excellent option for industrial applications requiring a reliable and low maintenance pump and particularly suitable for environments where a constant pressure is required and for the transfer of corrosive or abrasive fluids.
Furthermore, the direct relationship between the conveying capacity and the speed of the pump also makes it suitable for precise dosing purposes.
